Professional experience
Misha is a Valuation Partner with overall responsibility for assignments, the strategic direction of engagement teams and compliance with applicable quality standards.
His practice includes audits of IFRS financial statements conducted under ISA, special purpose audits, due diligence, tax and legal compliance services under Georgian legislation, and property valuations under International Valuation Standards.
He began his career in 2000 at an international audit and accounting firm. His knowledge of local accounting and valuation practice also informs his contribution to the development of these professions in Georgia through professional organisations.
